Early Work Day

Dear Optimists,
I love when my work day starts early. Is that gross to you? Disgusting? Unfathomable? Well, shut up because I like it.

This semester on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays I have an 8AM class. Yes, it hurts to get up. Yes, I have to plan ahead and try to fall asleep early.

But it’s so wonderful to get out of work and still have so much of the day.

P.S. I love that Nadia actually captured what I’m like in the morning with one of my favorite things to say to people in the morning 🙂

  1. well me too!
i have 8:30 classes three days a week this semester, and my university is an hour away, but I chose them that way, because I love the feeling of being up and productive so early

  2. That is gross to me. You are gross.

    P.S. 🙂

  3. I wish someone would greet me with a ‘Morning Sunshine’ when I get up!
It would make my mornings so much brighter and I would possibly/maybe/probably not be a lot less grumpy as a result. 🙂

    • I can help you out via email or Facebook, that’s about all I can offer unless you actually live near Philadelphia hahaha.

      • That’s alright, I’m only on the next continent over, you could just pop over for a cuppa’ tea in the morning 😛 Hahaa

  4. Watch what you say, I’m going to London in June (assuming that you’re in England? No clue why…maybe the tea).

  5. Mornings are tough for me :S
But you’re right, having so much of your day left when work is done is super awesome! 🙂

  6. It sounds like you are morning person. I have become one due to circumstance – my job demands and kids. Anyway, I am really happy that the days are getting longer.

  7. The early morning breeze is reviving, but getting up at 5:30 am to attend a course at 7:00 am isn’t!

  8. ur hilarious 🙂

  9. The sun is sooo cute. And his sleepy eyelids are perfect!
